In Hong Kong’s hyper-competitive and fast-paced F&B sector, brands must innovate or risk obsolescence. Inspired by the management classic Who Moved My Cheese?, our team conceptualized a bold visual rebranding campaign for our client, GPP. Transforming standard layouts into a high-converting marketing strategy, we engineered the narrative around “Who Moved My Cheese Hotpot?”.
To trigger instant public engagement and drive foot traffic directly to the venue under tight commercial schedules, we delivered a comprehensive, one-stop cross-media visual design and print production pipeline:
Defying generic stock photography, our veteran designers meticulously hand-painted Mong Kok’s iconic “Ladies Market.” By integrating the authentic “Red-White-Blue” canvas motif into the lower layout, we created an artistic, emotionally resonant visual anchor that ensures effortless location identification for diners.
We optimized the menu hierarchy and sensory appeal of the signature cheese hotpot. Utilizing strategic color psychology and expert typography, the design subconsciously drives orders toward the signature dishes.
From high-impact indoor/outdoor posters to durable, premium-finish menus, our team managed all material sourcing and printing verification, adapting seamlessly to corporate strict requirements.
