European Minimalist Spatial & Grid Aesthetics:
Rejecting overcrowded templates, the inner pages utilize a sophisticated international grid layout. By seamlessly weaving clean typography with a bold use of negative space, we beautifully showcased premium real-case studies from prominent Hong Kong residential estates—spanning the bright, all-white elegance of “Ning On Mansion (Taikoo Shing)” to the modern, streamlined stainless-steel profiles of “Merry Court (Mid-Levels West)” and “Hollywood Heights”. The layout lets the photography breathe, capturing an expansive, tranquil European atmosphere.
Bespoke Tactile & Sensory Print Effect:
For the cover design, we curated a stunning visual contrast featuring two iconic physical textures representing premium kitchen countertops: luxurious white marble and warm, grained timber. To ensure an unforgettable first touch, we engineered a precision custom debossing treatment on the brand logo and tagline, immediately communicating substance, authority, and premium quality upon tactile interaction.
